LOCATION - MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA
AUTOMOBILE CENTER
Conceived as a unified automotive ecosystem, the project transforms the conventional showroom into a comprehensive, one-stop automobile destination. The automobile mall integrates commercial, experiential, and functional programs within a cohesive spatial framework.
The proposal brings together 24 multi-brand car showrooms, an automobile exhibition space, and supporting amenities including retail, restaurants, spare-parts outlets, and a service garage, creating a seamless hub for sales, experience, and maintenance within a single architectural entity.

Approach .....
The design is driven by the principle of maximum visibility and clarity of display, ensuring that each brand showroom attains a strong visual presence with direct frontage facing the highway. The site planning prioritizes linear visibility and clear sightlines, allowing individual brands to maintain distinct identities while contributing to a cohesive automotive streetscape.
Circulation is conceived as an integral part of the experience, with segregated yet fluid vehicular and pedestrian movement systems enabling intuitive navigation across the complex. This approach enhances accessibility, minimizes conflict between movement types
