MASS HOUSING
The Proposal of a residential apartment development in Panvel, envisioned as a mixed-user housing community accommodating diverse family structures and lifestyles. The program includes a range of residential typologies—1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments, along with 4BHK row houses—to support varied spatial needs within a cohesive development framework.

Approach .....
With the idea of flowing through the space driven by the idea of a network of overlapping circles as a central organizing principle, symbolizing unity, continuity, and collective living.
The circular geometry is employed to dissolve rigid boundaries, allowing spaces to flow seamlessly into one another and fostering a sense of spatial cohesion across the development.
These interlocking forms generate a series of shared courts, gathering nodes, and communal spaces, which act as social anchors within the residential fabric. By encouraging visual connections and fluid movement, the design promotes interaction, inclusivity, and community engagement among diverse user groups.
